QuizTadka respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and applicable copyright laws, we will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on QuizTadka infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated contact with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. Identification of the infringing material on QuizTadka, including the specific URL(s) where the material appears
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address)
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

2. Where to Send Notices

Please submit DMCA notices via our Contact page with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request".

Include all required information listed above. Incomplete notices may not be processed.

3. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Review the claim promptly
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if the claim is valid
  • Notify the party who posted the content, where applicable
  • Take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate courts

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content in accordance with DMCA procedures, unless the original complainant files a court action.

5. Repeat Infringers

QuizTadka reserves the right to terminate access for users or contributors who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.

6. False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees.
