Alarm Clock (package: com.newnothing.alarm)
Effective date: September 5, 2026
Last updated: September 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Alarm Clock (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our Android application available on Google Play. By installing or using the App, you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

Alarm Clock is a utility app that provides alarms, world clock, timer, stopwatch, optional After Call helpers, and related settings. For privacy questions, contact us at:

Email: barvaliyapiyush737@gmail.com

2. Information we process

We design the App so that most of your content stays on your device.

2.1 Data stored on your device

This information is stored locally (for example in app preferences). We do not operate a user account system and we do not ask you to create a profile.

2.2 Permissions and why we use them

The App does not request access to your contacts database or call history. “Add contact” opens the system Contacts screen with a number when you choose that action.

2.3 Information processed through third parties

When features that need the network are used, limited technical data may be processed by service providers (for example device/network signals, advertising identifiers, and standard analytics or ad delivery data). Depending on your region and consent choices, this may include:

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. Ads and measurement partners may collect or receive advertising identifiers and device/app signals to deliver and measure ads.

3. How we use information

4. After Call feature

After Call is optional. If enabled, the App may use phone-state signals and (if you grant it) overlay permission to show a post-call screen with shortcuts such as call back, SMS, or add contact. Call-related details used for that screen are processed on your device for that purpose. Ads may also be shown on After Call screens.

5. Advertising & consent

The App uses Google AdMob and related Google advertising technologies. In regions where required (for example the EEA/UK), we present a consent experience through Google’s UMP before initializing ads. You can also manage advertising preferences in your device settings (such as resetting or opting out of ad personalization where available).

6. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

7. Data retention

Local app data remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the App. Third-party services retain data according to their own policies and retention periods.

8. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by:

9. International transfers

Service providers may process information on servers outside your country. Where required, appropriate safeguards and consent mechanisms (such as UMP for ads) may apply.

10. Your rights & choices

If you are in the EEA, UK, or similar regions, you may have additional rights under applicable law (access, deletion, objection, etc.). Contact us to exercise those rights where they apply to us.

11. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate for an Android app. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
